GUERNSEY MILK and its Natural Advantages.
There are three distinct advantages provided by Guernsey milk,
Firstly : Beta Carotene, The Guernsey cow does not break down Beta Carotene consumed with its feed and passes it to its milk which gives rise to the “Golden” colour of the milk.
Secondly: Beta Casein A2 , Guernseys produce more than 95% of the Beta Casein in their milk as the benign form of Beta Casein A2 which does not release Beta Casomorphin 7 an opoid on digestion by the consumer.
Thirdly : Omega 3 .Guernsey milk has tested to have a better balance of Omega 3 to Omega 6 than other milks, with three times the level of Omega 3 than other milks.
